 Prescotech Industries, Inc., “The Solutions Company”, has adopted the ISO:9000 Quality Management System within all four of its manufacturing sites. This is a strategic decision by Prescotech to assess its ability to meet customer and regulatory requirements. The approach that is used is a “Process Approach”. The process approach allows for the organization to function effectively whereby it has developed into a culture through various managed activities that support customer requirements. This approach emphasizes the importance of:
